Can I pay on the day of the RSA course?
Payment can be made on the day of the RSA course. The course fee will be $65 if paid on the day of the course. Please note you are still required to fill in an online booking form. The form can be found here

Do I need a paypal account to pay by credit card ?
No, you can pay by paypal without having an account with paypal..

Parking stations:

• 474 St Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 3004

Adreess: 144 Peel Street, Nth Melbourne
Parking is pay parking located at the Victoria Markets (Approx 5 minute walk)
Tram options include trams that go up Elizabeth Street (Near Queen Victoria Markets) or Route 55 and disembark at Queensberry Street

Certification

When will I receive my RSA certificate?
You will receive the RSA certificate on the day if you successfully complete the RSA course.

If I receive this RSA certificate am I also accredited in the other states?
Every State in Australia has its own Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and laws. The Victoria RSA certificate isvalid for Victoria only

What if i loose my RSA certificate?
You will need to contact the Training provider to obtain a reprint of the RSA certificate. The provider that issued your certificate will be the only one able to re-issue it.
